HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A CHANEL PRODUCT?
For chanel.com orders, products may be returned by mail within 14 days of purchase.
In order for you to receive a full refund, simply fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your return package to mail the item(s) back to us. Kindly note that packages with an incomplete return form will be returned to sender.
All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender, and refund processing time varies by financial institution. Please note, chanel.com orders cannot be exchanged, but you may return an order to receive a refund.
Eyewear products can also be returned or exchanged at the CHANEL boutique of your choice (Store Locator), in the country of purchase, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt, within 14 days of purchase. If you do not return the product within the original country of purchase, contact us for more details on our international return policy.
Eyewear must always be returned in its original condition, with tag intact. Merchandise that has been altered is not returnable.
