WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
All orders placed on the Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered within the United Kingdom (exclusions apply for Channel Islands).
CHANEL offers the following delivery options across the UK:
- Standard Delivery, within 2-3 days (£6)
- Next Day Delivery for all orders placed before 3 p.m Monday-Friday (exclusions apply, two days’ delivery for some postcodes) (£8)
- Nominated Day Delivery, you may select a delivery date between Monday and Saturday, up to 7 working days in advance. (Please note the earliest nominated day for orders placed between 3 p.m on Friday and midnight on Sunday is Tuesday) (£6)
Unless otherwise advertised, CHANEL is also pleased to offer complimentary Standard delivery on any Order greater than or equal to fifty GBP (£50).
All above methods are guaranteed within a 1-hour delivery slot (excluding Sundays and holidays) by our transporter.
For deliveries in London, CHANEL also offers the following options:
- Same Day Delivery for all orders placed before 4:30 p.m Monday-Friday (£20)
